Mary Thompson, the music director at St. Laurence, has…

Hope Community Church began worship services in 1994 with about 30 people in attendance. Less than 12 years later, the Raleigh, North Carolina interdenominational church celebrated the grand opening of a new worship campus that accommodates an average of more than 3,500 congregants every Sunday. In addition to a 1,500-seat worship sanctuary, it offers a chapel, café, numerous classrooms, youth rooms and more, each with discrete audio systems (and, in many cases, video/lighting systems as well). The theater-style worship sanctuary…

The most notable thing about weekly services at Christ’s Church at Mason (Ohio) is that each service is in a distinctly different style – traditional, contemporary and blended. The church’s 1300-seat sanctuary was recently renovated with a new sound system to handle the contemporary and blended services while a smaller chapel was built to handle the traditional service. Longtime integrator Worship Resources was brought in to develop an appropriate audio design, with an Allen & Heath iLive-144 digital mixing system…
