The Music Engineering and Technology Alliance (METAlliance) has announced certification of the UAD-2, designed and manufactured by Universal Audio, a METAlliance Pro Partner. The alliance is working closely with manufacturers to evaluate, recognize, and certify products which meet the call for quality in the recording arts and science. “The METAlliance is a group of distinguished gentlemen who have produced an amazing body of recorded work, including some of the finest recordings ever made,” commented Matt Ward, president of Universal Audio.…
