CTS Audio recently deployed more than 50 of Crown I-Tech HD Series and XTi Series amplifiers to power a JBL VERTEC line array system for the for Covenant High in Christ (CHIC) youth conference earlier this summer at the University of Tennessee’s 25,000-seat Thompson-Boling Arena. The 5-day event featured numerous inspirational speakers and musical performers.

Bader Field in Atlantic City over a recent summer weekend was the site for the Orion Music + More Festival featuring Metallica on the main stage along with 30+ bands and over 33,000 in attendance on each of the two-days. ACIR Professional (Egg Harbor Township, N.J.) provided the new Yamaha CL5 Digital Console and two Yamaha PM5Ds for the Damage Inc stage along with ten Yamaha TX3n amps for monitors.
Building on years of success with Soundcraft Vi1 digital mixing console, rock and roll legend Ray Davies used a Soundcraft Vi6 as the front of house console for his recent tour.

DiA Events, located in Billings, Montana has been providing sound reinforcement for the Billings Symphony Orchestra’s “Symphony in the Park” for the last eight years. The event is free to the public and marks the end of the symphony’s season. This year DiA provided a dBTechnologies DVA active line array system for the performance.
While on tour with 5-piece indie rock band Kaiser Chiefs, sound engineer Chris Leckie, relies on Harman’s Soundcraft Vi Series consoles for all FOH and monitor needs. Kaiser Chiefs, who released their debut album titled Employment in 2005, have enjoyed great international success touring throughout Europe and the North America.
