The new Digidesign PCIe-to-PCIe Expansion Chassis expands PCIe-based Pro Tools|HD system with up to seven HD Core/Accel cards, providing users with both maximum Pro Tools|HD track counts and processing power to run a host of the most intense virtual instruments and sound processing plug-ins.

This 4U rack-mount system works with Apple Mac Pro computers running Mac OS X 10.5.3 (Leopard), offers seven available PCIe (PCI Express) slots, and comes with a PCIe host interface card to expand capabilities.
