Guitar Center Pro Unveils New Neve Genesys Console At Ocean Way Nashville

In late August, the Nashville branch of Guitar Center Professional (GC Pro) hosted an event at Ocean Way Nashville - presented in conjunction with recording console manufacturer AMS Neve - that marked a formal unveiling and presentation of Neve’s new Genesys console to the Nashville market.

The Nashville event is part of a tour, with similar presentations planned for Los Angeles and other major markets.

At the event, Nashville’s GC Pro team was joined by Robin Porter, AMS Neve Head of Analogue Design, who personally designed the Genesys, as well as GC Pro’s Dan Scalpone, Chicago-based Senior Account Manager.

Attendees included prominent Nashville studio owners and engineers, students, press and other key members of the industry. The event gave them the opportunity to sit behind the console and be hands-on with its actual operation.

“We are proud to be the first to debut the Genesys console to the Nashville market,” stated Nashville-based GC Pro Account Manager Chad Evans. “This is a paradigm-shifting product, and Nashville particularly deserves to be on the cutting edge of all recording technology. The event was a success on all accounts, and we look forward to being the go-to provider of the Genesys for the Nashville market.”
