Yamaha’s ACD1 amplifier controller device enables complete remote control and monitoring of power amplifiers, providing a means to connect a computer running Yamaha’s NetworkAmp Manager II amplifier controller and monitoring software, to Yamaha Tn, PC1N, XP, XM and XH series of amplifiers. Up to 32 daisy-chained Tn and/or PC1N series amplifiers can be connected to the ACD1 data port connector via Ethernet cables, while as many as 8 XP, XM and/or XH series can be connected to monitor/remote connectors via D-sub cables. The NetworkAmp Manager II software lets users monitor, manage and control the functions of Yamaha amplifiers connected to a network via the ACD1.
