Powersoft M28Q

The M28Q is a four-channel power amplifier for touring and installation that offers 700W at 4 from each of four channels, with bridgeable pairs enabling configuration flexibility, from a two-way stereo or three-way mono system to a stage full of floor monitors or a distributed 70V system.

Powersoft patented bridgeable class D outputs provide high quality sound, outstanding damping factor, and together with the switch mode power supply, optimal efficiency. This results in reduced operational costs from lower power consumption of both amplifier and external cooling, and makes on-site AC mains distribution vastly easier.

Flexible power with low power consumption for very low impedance lines to high impedance speaker lines: 700W@4 and 500W@70V(62VRMS). 1RU compact size, Can be 2x4, 3x4, or 4x4 configured with high efficiency design low BTU output. High slew rate for impressive peak power. Imagine 12 bi-amped monitor mixes in 6RU and weighing less than 120 lb.

Cost and space saving design, the M28Q provides flexible output configurations, including distributed 70V setups, with all channel pairs are bridgeable. Patented output filters contribute to outstanding sonic quality. Powersoft’s Green Audio Power offers reduced current draw resulting in lower power consumption and cost. Highly efficient switch mode PSU and class D design offer space (1RU) and weight (16 lb) savings, reducing touring transport costs.
