The DSA250z is unique: it’s a column-type loudspeaker capable of delivering dynamic full-range foreground music as well as extreme vocal intelligibility. It’s engineered as a solution for applications with difficult acoustics, physical mounting limitations, precise vertical coverage requirements, and difficult aesthetic requirements.
The user-adjustable vertical beamwidth provides remarkable versatility. Each transducer has its own DSP and power amplifier, while built-in networking provides for remote PC operation and control. Simply, the user directs the DSA250z’s output to the desired coverage area using the supplied DSAPilot software. Pattern asymmetry provides similar sound levels to both near and far listeners.
Each of the two inputs has user-adjustable EQ, delay, and compression. The addition of the DSA230z extends directivity and increases the output at lower frequencies.
