The E12 is a 3-way true line source cabinet incorporating two ND12-S Kevlar neodymium woofers utilizing Adamson’s Advanced Cone Architecture to handle the low-frequency band. The mid-high band consists of a 7-inch Kevlar driver and a 4-inch diaphragm NH4 compression driver mounted to the next generation of Adamson’s unique co-linear drive module. The critically optimized sound chamber produces a slightly curved wavefront with nominal horizontal dispersion 110 degrees, with the efficiency of the modules achieving this wide coverage without sacrificing high frequency in the far field.
The pairing of the E12 and companion E218 subwoofer is the optimal solution for touring and rental houses that need system flexibility, fast setup/teardown speeds and superior sonic performance. It’s ideal for an act moving from theaters to sub-arenas to medium-sized outdoor festivals.
The heart of the E12 is the e-Capsule, a surrounding module constructed in aircraft grades of lightweight aluminum. This skeletal structure provides an accurate and rigid frame for mounting the modular Autolock rigging system, while simultaneously housing a series of mid/high components on proprietary Co-Linear Drive Modules.
