Offers 32 input channels (including 8 “flexi” stereo or mono channels), 12 flexi stereo or mono buses, LR or LCR buses, 8 x 8 output matrix and dual solo buses. The surface sports 12 faders accessed in two layers of four banks as well as a 15-inch touchsensitive screen. Onboard connections include 16 XLR inputs, 8 XLR outputs, MADI, MIDI, Ethernet, USB and two mono AES. Additional inputs and outputs can be utilized by connecting a DiGiCo D-Rack via Cat-5, which provides 32 XLR inputs and 16 XLR outputs, and can be located up to 100 meters away.
The console can be networked to a PC or Mac using the SD11 software that provides offline prep, editing and live remote control. An SD11 can also be linked to another using Cat-5, providing 24 faders for control and complete redundancy of the hardware, and it can integrate with the Aviom A-Net personal monitoring system as well. The SD11 is rack-mountable and measures 19 x 22.7 x 9.1 inches (w x d x h) and weighs 53 pounds.
