The surface includes 24 faders, main LCD screen and color backlit LCD screens per fader. Onboard connections include 24 XLR inputs, 8 TRS inputs, AES/EBU, MIDI and a DMX output. The number of inputs can be expanded by using any of the stage boxes from the ViSi Connect range, and these can be connected to the mixer using either Cat-5 or optical fiber MADI.

The Si Performer 2 can interface via MADI to multi-track recording systems or plug-in systems such as Waves. Option cards enable it to utilize CobraNet and interconnect with the Aviom A-Net personal monitoring system. The ViSi Remote iPad app allows multiple iPads to control front of house and monitor functions wirelessly. The onboard DMX programming fosters networking and control of lighting. The Si Performer 2 measures 28.7 x 21.2 x 6.7 inches (w x d x h) and weighs 37 pounds.
