Doug Carpenter joins High End Systems Inc.

Carpenter Joins HES West Coast Industry veteran Doug Carpenter joins High End Systems Inc. as its new West Coast Regional Accounts Manager. Carpenter, who on Jan. 4 began working with the worldwide automated lighting manufacturer, has 15 years of experience in the lighting industry. Most of those years were concentrated at NSI in Tualatin, Ore., which makes portable control and dimming products.

During his years there he worked his way up from production test technician to service manager and onward to worldwide sales manager. Carpenter says his years of experience and his electronics engineering degree will help him in his sales efforts at High End Systems. "I've been involved in electronics repair and diagnostics for as long as I can remember, including my years in the Navy," Carpenter says, "so I have an intimate understanding of electronics and circuitry, which helps in this business. "Also," he adds, "I have a passion for customer service."

Carpenter continues, "I'm very excited to be with such a powerful organization as High End Systems and to be working with products that have such great value in the lighting industry."
