New USC-6R Universal Sequencing Controller From Middle Atlantic

Middle Atlantic Products has debuted the USC-6R Universal Sequencing controller, which provides contractors and systems integrators with efficiency, safety and sequencing control to any AC power distribution system that can be controlled by either switch closure or 12-volt DC.

Using the one-rack-space USC-6R system, sequencing control can be set to a choice of four start delay options and at one-, three- and six-second interval sequencing options. These may be set from the USC-6R's intuitive front panel, which also features individual channel LED status indicators, local sequence initiation, and master power control. Up to three USC-6R systems may be interconnected to operate as a single 18-step unit.

For applications where security is an issue, or there is little need for physical access to the system, the optional USC-KL Remote Wall Keyswitch or any other momentary dry-contact closure switch can initiate sequencing, making it ideal for school, church and all other applications where access to the power management system by untrained personnel needs to be limited.
