SIA Software Company recently unveiled a new e-commerce site allowing the on-line purchase of SIA Smaart Pro as well as a host of accessories, including Earthworks and Audix microphones, Audio Control MP-400, AIS-10 Measurement System Interface, Sound Devices USBPre and Hosa cables. Smaart M30, a variant of Earthworks' M30 measurement microphone, specially manufactured for SIA. This model features the same capsule and electronics as the standard M30 in a more compact, anodized brass barrel. Like the original M30, the Smaart M30 delivers time coherent response within +/- 0.5 dB across the standard audio range (20 Hz - 20 kHz) and +1 to -3 db response from 5 Hz to 30 kHz. Includes clip and padded plastic hard shell carrying case.

Earthworks M30, an accurate omnidirectional condenser microphone well suited to audio/acoustic measurement applications. Housed in a stainless steel body, the M30 utilizes a high precision 1/4" (6.4 mm) capsule and innovative circuitry to deliver time coherent response within +/- 0.5 dB across the standard audio range (20 Hz - 20 kHz) and +1 to -3 db response from 5 Hz to 30 kHz. Includes clip and protective hard plastic carrying tube with set-screw base.

Audix TR-40 microphone, designed for less critical measurement applications or Smaart users on a tight budget. The TR-40 is an omnidirectional condenser microphone with very flat frequency response, high maximum SPL and a quarter-inch capsule that will fit many standard calibrators without a special adaptor. Includes clip and foam-lined, plastic hard shell carrying case.

Audio Control MP-400, a configurable, instrument-quality measurement system interface suited for the most critical audio/acoustic measurement applications. Housed in a laptop-size metal chassis, the MP-400 includes two high-precision, low-noise microphone inputs, two balanced line-level inputs, positive step-gain selection switch for repeatable measurements and built-in, lab quality pink noise generator. Loop-thorugh design of the line inputs eliminates the need for external Y-cables.

AIS-10 Analyzer Interface System from Interfacing Technologies, a division of Furman Sound. The AIS-10 is a two-channel line level signal router and microphone pre-amp designed specifically for computer-based measurement systems such as SIA's SmaartLive and Smaart Acoustic Tools. It is a good value for Smaart Acoustic Tools users who need a simple, compact interface for field measurements or SmaartLive users who just want to put up one mic and set up one EQ.

Sound Devices USBPre, a complete solution for portable, high-quality signal input. USBPre acts as both USB-based stereo sound card and measurement signal preamplifier. Its two mic inputs (with phantom power) have the dynamic range, frequency response, and distortion performance to take full advantage of your 24-bit/48 kHz measurement environment. In addition, it accepts line, instrument, or tape level signals. All analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversion is done in the USBPre.

Hosa Input Cable: 5-foot right-angled 3.5mm male (mini) connector to 2x female XLR.

Hosa Y Cable: 6-inch XLR Y-cable converts from 2x male XLR connectors to 1x female XLR.
