Casteel, Latimer Join Symetrix

Cari Casteel comes on board at Symetrix as Vice President, Sales. Casteel, most recently with Mackie Designs as National Sales Manager, brings years of industry experience as a manufacturer's representative, and in sales and marketing. Directly responsible for the effectiveness of the in-house sales and support staff, as well as the independent rep team, her creative energy and commitment to corporate goals make her a welcome addition to Symetrix.

"My association with Symetrix and (President/CEO) Dane Butcher goes back to the early 1980's, "says Casteel. "I have enjoyed seeing Symetrix maintain its steady growth and focus all these years. I'm excited about the opportunity to be working with Dane again and adding my contributions to the expansion of Symetrix."

Jim Latimer has joined the Symetrix sales team as Director of Sales, Pro Audio. Prior to Symetrix, Latimer was with Sonic Foundry as National Sales Manager, following many years in music retailing. He will be focusing on the Lucid and Symetrix product lines, bringing his unique level of understanding to the recording and postproduction arenas.
