The Music Of Venezuela Recorded with Crowley And Tripp Mics

Ashland, Massachusetts (January 2008): Grammy-nominated flutist Marco Granados is one of those rare individuals who maintains a super-human schedule – traveling the world to collaborate with other virtuosic musicians and ensembles, as well as to teach the nuanced techniques of his instrument to master musicians, children, and everyone in between. Yet, he remains in such humble and joyous awe of the music he helps bring to life that even a casual listener immediately notices it in his playing. Granados has worked extensively with a wide range of ensembles across South and North America, including his own Un Mundo Ensemble, Triangulo (a Latin American Chamber Trio), and The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, among many, many others. In addition, he has collaborated with an equally impressive array of musicians, including Cuban clarinetist Paquito D’Rivera, harpist Nancy Allen, and the British flutist William Bennett.
