John Batliner Appointed US Sales Leader For Harman Professional’s AKG

Responsible for developing new U.S. AKG sales structure, driving sales revenue, and working closely with channel partners and dealers

John Batliner is assuming additional responsibility for U.S. AKG sales for Harman Profesional

Harman Professional’s AKG has announced that John Batliner has assumed additional responsibility as U.S. AKG sales leader in addition to his role as senior director, sales, Amplifiers Business Unit.

In this role, Batliner will be responsible for developing the new U.S. AKG sales structure, driving sales revenue, and working closely with channel partners and dealers in the U.S. to ensure the highest level of customer engagement and satisfaction. He will also manage U.S. AKG sales, business development and the applications support team.

Batliner will continue reporting to John Fitzgerald, vice president & general manager, Amplifiers & Signal Processing SBU and report dotted line to Jürgen Bopst, general manager, AKG.

Batliner has been a member of the Harman team for two decades and has held leadership roles at dbx, HPAV and Crown. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and MBA from Purdue University.
