Electro-Voice has added to the ZX loudspeaker family with the new ZXA1, self-powered version of the popular ZX1 compact two-way loudspeaker.

Launching at Winter NAMM 2010, ZXA1 is powered by an 800 watt amplifier module derived from EV’s tour-class Tour Grade Series – amplifiers with audio quality and reliability proven at the very highest levels.

ZXA1’s lightweight, super-durable molded enclosure ensures it looks as good as it sounds, incorporating a professional-grade 8-inch woofer and 1-inch titanium compression driver.
