Billed as “The World’s Largest Music Festival” with 11 stages running for 11 days, Summerfest in Milwaukee had another successful summer run with leading acts such as Gavin DeGraw, Public Enemy, Skillet, BB King, The Roots, and Uriah Heep, among others.

Clearwing Productions, the premier production provider for Summerfest for over 15 years, supplied Martin Audio LE700 monitors at four of the 11 stages––the US Cellular Stage, Briggs Stage, Rock Stage (Harley Davidson), and Miller Lite Oasis–– during the run of the festival.

Martin LE2100 monitors were also used at the Marcus Amphitheater for one night of Lynrd Skynrd. The Clearwing crew included System Techs Simon Bundy, Kevin Gilson and Clayton Melocik. Crown amplification was also used throughout.

When asked about the Martin Audio monitors, a Clearwing spokesperson said, “LE 700’s have the punch power and stability for any situation, from rock to rap.”
