Blue Microphones announces the appointment of Michael “Hucky” Huckler as the vice president of worldwide sales – pro division. Huckler, an industry veteran with expertise in both international sales and global distribution strategies, will be responsible for continuing domestic growth, along with expanding Blue’s global market share and distribution in international pro audio sales channels. In addition to supporting sales of Blue’s classic lineup of professional mics, Huckler will be responsible for driving sales of the several new additions to Blue’s line.

“Hucky’s accomplished history and comprehensive understanding of the marketplace will allow him to have an immediate impact on the expansion of Blue’s pro audio product lines into the global market,” says John Maier, CEO of Blue Microphones. “As Blue expands our product offering and market share, Hucky will be an invaluable part of the Blue team.”

With an accomplished background in the audio industry, Huckler’s experience will be integral in the growth of Blue’s sales expansion efforts.

Along with his understanding of the domestic market, Huckler brings to Blue a 20-year history in the international sales channel and distribution management, global sales forecasting and multinational strategies and execution. His professional experience in sales includes Avid, M-Audio/Midiman and AT&T.
